We understand that circumstances may arise where you need to request a refund. This Refund Policy outlines the conditions under which refunds will be provided for tuition fees and other payments.

Tuition Fee Refunds

Withdrawal from Courses

  • Before the Start of the Semester: Students who withdraw from courses before the semester begins are eligible for a full refund of the tuition fees paid.
  • Within the First Two Weeks: Students who withdraw within the first two weeks of the semester are eligible for a 75% refund of the tuition fees paid.
  • Weeks Three to Four: Students who withdraw between the third and fourth weeks of the semester are eligible for a 50% refund of the tuition fees paid.
  • After the Fourth Week: No refunds will be issued for withdrawals after the fourth week of the semester.

Course Cancellation by the Institute

  • If a course is canceled by the SRK Institute of Healthcare & Management due to insufficient enrollment or any other reason, students will receive a full refund of the tuition fees paid for that course.

Other Fees

Application Fees

  • Application fees are non-refundable under any circumstances.

Administrative Fees

  • Administrative fees associated with registration, exams, and other services are generally non-refundable. Exceptions may be considered on a case-by-case basis for extenuating circumstances.

Refund Process

Requesting a Refund

  • Submission: To request a refund, students must submit a written request to the Registrar’s Office, including their full name, student ID, course details, and reason for withdrawal or refund request.
  • Supporting Documentation: Any supporting documentation, such as medical certificates or proof of extenuating circumstances, should be included with the refund request.

Processing Time

  • Refund requests will be processed within 30 days of receipt. Approved refunds will be issued via the original method of payment unless otherwise arranged.

Special Circumstances

  • Medical Withdrawals: Students who withdraw due to serious medical reasons may be eligible for a prorated refund based on the date of withdrawal and the documentation provided.
  • Compassionate Withdrawals: Students who withdraw due to the death of an immediate family member or other significant personal circumstances may be eligible for a prorated refund.

Non-Refundable Situations

  • Disciplinary Actions: Students who are dismissed from the institute due to disciplinary actions or violations of the institute’s policies are not eligible for refunds.
  • Non-Attendance: Failure to attend classes does not entitle a student to a refund.
